I think you meant our Gurgaon location and not New York where this experience took place. I will like to apologize for the inconvenience that you had to face. We take a lot of pride in ensuring great candidate experience and unfortunately the day you came in, we were unable to do so. While we typically have a few folks come in over and above the registered candidates, on the day in question we actually ended up with 600 more than planned!! This definitely put a lot of load on our infrastructure and we had interviewers sit in from early morning till 10 in the night to try and take as many interviews as possible and it is possible that for a few of the candidates we weren’t able to do justice to the process.
As we mentioned in the apology note we sent out to all candidates after the drive, we are sorry for the inconvenience and if you would like to try us out one more time, we will be glad to restart the process for you.
