- Called for a technical manager role with Agile Delivery Experience.
- Cleared 2 online timed MCQ tests.
- Technical interview round 1 - only managerial questions asked. The interviewer seemed to be really demotivated by this job. Said technical contribution is required but technology UNDEFINED (kept me wondering).
- Round 1 - Rejected on email communication.
- 2 days later I got a call from HR saying you are selected for round 2, we had a confusion with names and thus you got wrong communication about rejection.(seems they don't have a system in place)
- Round 2 interview - Interviewer (i am the boss) started with a very arogant n rude face. 5 mins interview, "I have completely judged you" and "let me give you feedbacks" attitude starts flowing. He asked me good amount of questions for the job role(manager). When I asked about the technical domain, he clearly denied that it has no technical dependency. You will be aligned to projects as required.
In the nut shell, asking for technical managers and interviewing for people managers.
Tech panel and hiring needs to coordinate better before reaching out to the candidates.
Total waste of time.
