Nanyang Polytechnic Project Engineer interview questions

Two stage interview, an informal one with your direct reporting officer and his team and a formal interview with school director and HR director. Formal interview is a hassle as the HR will try to find a time slot where all the big shots are available.

In the first round interview, your direct supervisor will interview you.And asked you about all content in your resume, also asked you why you apply this job, etc.. Then the second interview will come in one month if you recommended by your supervisor. There are interviewers from your department director,other department boss which selected randomly, staffs from HR. Lastly the HR will call you in one month if you are offered.
