Lengthy and very detailed interview (took about an hour but had been asked around 15 questions). The first element of the interview, following the initial application, was a scenario-based 'test' on two areas they commonly deal with e.g. housing which is what I found most difficult and what ultimately (in my opinion) caused me to not get the offer as I was inadequately prepared. The interview was slightly intimidating and felt almost like a test, but the interviewers were friendly.
