I applied online. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at National Graduate Development Programme (NGDP) for Local Government in Jan 2022

Interview

First, a Situational judgement test, then an online interview, and then an online assessment centre. Lastly they will ask you to have an interview with the local council of your choice, which only happens if you go through all the process. The process is described on their website.
