I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at National Instruments (Rome) in Jul 2020
Interview
The position advertised was full-time Technical Support Engineer. Made 3 interviews with different people, and this took overall more than 3 weeks.
Couple days after the last interview they call me saying I did really good but they're going to hire an internal candidate who was already in the same position but as an Intern.
Why would you waste people's time for several interviews when it's quite obvious you're gonna hire the intern??

Question 1
How would you handle a conflict with your coworker?
The interview was confusing at some part where they teach you how to conver voltage values based on a table and a range that is provided by them. Overall, it feel smooth the interview and people interviewing were nice.
First there was an HR round followed by technical round with team lead and manger. Overall it was nice experience. It was an entry level job but they were looking for someone with some experience but unfortunately I was a fresher.
