The process involved speaking of experience and briefing on what is required at the position. At times weekend or after working hours attendance at work is required. Overall, they needed someone patient fronting and had experience. This is to ensure that the employee is independent.

Pretty straightforward and questions. They check for your overall communication skills and whether you have scientific research background. Not a must, but a plus. Interviewer is friendly, but depends on what research you are assigned to. HR will sit in during the interview, but she does not ask a lot.
