Interview process bit lack luster for the job, too much emphasis on interview questions and less on practical tasks which are more important for this sort of job. One of the Area Rangers in the interview was talkign about recruiting more ethnic people and mentioned that there was too many white people working at the Lake district office, this seems to clearly be there focus at this location.
