A little strange. First was a phone screen, then a phone interview with two managers. The interview was very new-wave/abstract. Nationwide made a big deal about the interview being a Skype call, but neither of the reps from Nationwide could get their Skype to work. Interview was awkward because I sat there looking at a black screen. Wasn't sure if they could see me or not.
