Applied on-line. I was contacted for a telephonic interview with 2 individuals. i was then contacted for another interview with the same manager and another manager from a different area of the company. there seemed to be some confusion on who the "other manager" would be to participate in the interview. Questions were conversational in nature with focus on what their needs were for the position. They didn't seem to care about experience level, but then briefly mentioned it at the end. People were very friendly and accommodating during both interviews. Unfortunately, the conditions were not as communicated regarding what the position involved to include the details on the unit's operations.
