It was very quick, only one phone interview after applying online. The phone interview was more conversational and natural; however, the interview format may depend on the hiring manager. Mine was informal.

The interview experience at Nationwide was phenomenal. The environment is comfortable, and the interviewers actually want to get to know who they are interviewing. The company is relationship-based, so recruiters look for personable candidates.

Interview
Applied in November, and they asked me to do a phone interview during January. It was a 30 minute phone interview, and they called me a week later saying that I had got the internship and if I would like to accept. The interview was fairly easy, compared to interviews I had taken at previous places. Really glad I got the internship.
