I met with the director of HR and the VP of sales where they explained the position they were trying to fill. We also discussed the need to on board new qualified talent in order to aid in the company's growth.

They asked me how I would source and vet potential candidates and what plan I would put in place to assist in reaching their goals. They advised that they are a very results driven team and would assist in setting me up for success.
