The interview process started off really positively, an hour after applying in the evening I got an email looking to book a video interview the next day.
We talked through the role and they asked some questions about my CV.
After the first online interview I was emailed and through to the next stage and they set me a small task to bring with me to a final interview a few days later.
I came to the office for the final interview, I was shown around the site. When I walked around the office no one looked up, it was fully silent with no music or radio on, this was the only worrying sign I found while being at the offices/warehouse.
At the end of the interview I was told there just needed to be some final confirmation calls and then all they needed to do with to write up a letter offering the job. Before I was even home I received a call asking the earliest dates I could start ( this was the normal 4 week notice period). They made it clear they were really keen for me to start as soon as possible before Christmas.
After I had given this information I heard nothing back, on a few occasions he messaged me on WhatsApp to say he would be back in touch but nothing ever came from it.
I was awaiting a response and putting off other job offers because I felt I had been offered a job with the language and texts I was sent afterward.
I never heard anything back after the two interviews and a few WhatsApp texts promising they would ring me.
I wouldn't recommend wasting your time interviewing for the Natural Spa Factory, they don't have the people skills to be the large successful business they dream of being.
The way you choose to treat people really will reflect the way you are and your true values. I would really think twice before applying to the Natural Spa Factory!
