Going into the interview at the Palo Alto, California location, like most people, I was feeling a little nervous about my interview. I was immediately greeted by friendly, helpful, and professional staff. I was given a stylish Tripactions bag, cup, notebook, pen, and complimentary Tripactions T-shirt. Immediately receiving gifts made me feel really special an appreciated. It put a huge smile on my face. I immediately took notice of how well Tripactions treats their employees. I got a tour of Tripactios and I saw the snack bar, complimentary water, and everyone there seemed like they wanted to be there. The staff I met were all genuine, honest, and friendly. I left knowing I could really see myself working here. I even said in my interview that it seems like Tripactions really cares about its people. I can tell they care about their people because they give great incentives, cater lunches, allow wellness days, offer a travel stipend, full benefits (stock sharing, vision, dental, health). At the very end of my interview, I was greeted again by everyone and the staff that walked me out asked me how my interview went, they seemed extremely kind, genuine, and supportive. This company cares! They do everything they can to show that they care. I want to be apart of such thoughtful culture. I truly feel I would be blessed to work here.
