Had to answer a few questions up front that took quite a bit of time for a standard application - no problem though. Had a first call with the hiring manager. Thought it went pretty well - I'm well qualified and answered all the questions concisely and we had a great conversation. Then crickets after. Ghosted. No response and it's been over a month. I take it more of a sign of internal issues at the company at this point....a red flag in itself.
