Simple Non-Formal Interview. It was mostly based upon commonly used software and what my knowledge was of them. As well as some questions on how I would go about teaching some concepts in specific, how to teach concepts in a general manner, so all could understand regardless of skill level. It went into hypothetical scenarios, and then I had time to ask questions. A standard interviewing experience, The entire interview took upwards of 45 minutes.

Lots of opportunity to tell the employers about myself in a general sense, casual and non-structured. Employers then shared some information themselves and their role within the organization, and I had the opportunity to gain some insight into my role in the organization during my internship/coop.
