I had to record a video interview where I had to reply to questions written on the screen. I had some time to think about the answer and a limited time to reply. The entire process was honestly absolutely ridicolous. I applied at the end of July, did the "interview" in mid-August and was rejected at the end of September because I was "too qualified".
