I was asked to interview in a third party vendor company name Genisys software solution where three rounds were commuted, i.e., PI, GD and personal interview. We were asked to leave for the day and we were given a date to give an online test, sitting at home with web cam on. Then they again changed the date and venue to the company for which we were being hired, where 4 more rounds were done (online test, GD, PI and HR rounds). After all these hectic processes, the salary offered was 1-2 LPA in bangalore, and to top all that we needed to sign a 2 years service agreement. As far the questions were concerned, they were quite basic. Anybody with the basic idea of SQL and PL/SQL can crack the interviews and for the online test good aptitude skills is required along with basic knowledge of PL/SQL .
