I had a total of four interviews: an initial screening with the Technical Recruiter (who outreached to me via LinkedIn to schedule the call), then a remote call with a Senior Sales Engineer in USA, another in-person interview with the Operations Manager in their office, and finally a meeting with the HR Psychologist for a final personality screening.
The process was well structured, all the people made correct questions, the process always felt fair and they were open to respond to any questions. Even after the interviews, they were always available to respond to additional questions and inquiries.
