Interview
As a volunteer I was able to explain the skills I wanted to acquire or sharpen during my time there. The founder and other team members were very willing to let that happen, and to work around my schedule while I searched for a full time position. I was asked to lead a brand pyramid refresh, and business planning process which was very rewarding.
