Interview start with telephonic mode of interview. Once it's done another round is online Interview on Microsoft teams with one - two members in interview panel. On site interview round for Tool test and on-field experience (Core technical) and then HR round.

If you have any contact inside the company then you don't need to really be so prepared for interview. May be you don't have to give interview, or it will be just for the formalities only. But in that case you will not receive any documents from company side like offer letter or salary structure or reliving letter. But If you are unknown from company than you need some little preparation for interview.

For design engineer designation. you just need to have knowledge of 2D & 3D software. I would also like to tell that company doesn't have any ERP system for their record. If you miss anything from soft data then you will be responsible for that.
