The interview process is very fair and allows you to describe yourself as an individual. A lot of interviews tend to be assessment centres or done in groups, however this one has been my preferred layout.

Interview
It was a pretty easy and relaxing interview. I was given a tour of the shop and then asked questions about what I know about Nespresso, their brand ambassadors, and their “ICAN” logo. I was also asked general questions about myself and the role I was in at the time.
Interview was pretty easy. Standard questions, friendly. Phone screening was also nice and set clear expectations of the next steps. No out of the ordinary questions, few scenario based questions.
