Very smooth and generalized in a sense, provided with lots of information about the company and asked a lot of customer satisfaction questions. Also a lot of conflict resolution questions to get your thought process on how to handle situations with coworkers
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nespresso (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2019
Interview
It was brief, fairly no skills needed for the role. Interviewer just needed to be sure of interpersonal skills and work ethic in a professional environment. It was also fairly easy
Quick and fairly straightforward. The interviewer was the manager, asked questions regarding customer service and work ethic. Took about 45 minutes, asked about previous work experiences, strengths and weaknesses. As far as you have some retail experience, you should be good.
