Interview
It took more than a week to complete the process. Out of 200 5 were selected at last round
1st round was at his client synergy Aptitude(200)
2nd If cleared first round then then GD(60 out of 200)
3nd At Ness company's office Too difficult was completely on Testing(40 of 60)
4rd round Technical Interview(25 of 40)
5th Technical interview by their Client(23 of 25)
6th Technical Interview by their Head(5 from 23)
7th HR just for formality(5)
5 remained at the end
I had cleared the 6th round and the last they said we kept your profile on HOLD since vacancies are 4 only and other 4 were selected for them and i have to wait.
Out of FIVE 4 were from mumabi so they got the preference and i was on hold.
It really hurts just based on the location i was on hold since i was from Pune

I interviewed at ness last month. Whole process was with 5 rounds. 1st technical apti which needs strong testing concepts. After that 2 technical interviews and 2 hr rounds. I cracked til 3 rounds but failed in next. But hoping to get placed in ness. I like there genuin process.

I have cleared my interview rounds. And said to wait for further but didn't get any further response.
Please suggest me even after getting qualified does company didn't guarantee?
