There is an initial phone screen, followed by an hr interview and then interview by the respective business function head for which you’re applying for. Then they’ll call or email about the decision.

The selection process was made of two steps. The first interview was with the HR and was more motivational (previous studies and working experience); second interview with the line manager - motivational + reasoning. Average difficulty. Offer accepted.

I applied online and after 2 weeks got a phone call just to schedule the interview. In the next week I had an in-person interview direct with the manager. All nice and smoothly.
