The first screening was done very quickly, and the real interview was done with hirevue, which is a method I personally don't like as much as a traditional interview, but, considering the amount of candidates, it was understandable. Overall it was a pleasant experience, I had time to prepare my answers and not having someone in front of me was helpful at some points.
