I had a great interview experience with Nestlé Health Science. My first interview was with the recruiter, over the phone who was incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel genuinely heard. He asked detailed questions about my background, work experience, and current goals, and he followed up on things I shared — like the fact that I’m finishing my bachelor’s degree. He explained that the company values internal growth and encourages employees to explore different roles, which made me even more excited about the opportunity. He had a very positive, energetic tone, didn’t rush the conversation, and was open to all my questions. It was refreshing to speak with someone who truly cared about making the interview a good experience.
My second interview was a small panel with two managers. It focused on STAR-method behavioral questions and technical skill questions, with a heavy emphasis on past experience scenarios. Overall, both interviews left me feeling encouraged, hopeful, and even more enthusiastic about joining the company. If the rest of the team is anything like the recruiter and managers I spoke with, I’d be thrilled to work there.
The recruiter had a very positive, energetic tone throughout and didn’t rush the conversation. He was open to any questions I had and seemed genuinely passionate about his job and the company. It was refreshing to speak with someone who truly cared about making the interview experience a good one.
