Starts with a phone interview where they ask you 3 behavioral based questions where they’re looking for lots of detail. (What was the issue, how did you solve it, and what was the result? ) Then, if you passed that part you are moved on to the face to face interview at corporate. That interview is with 3 different Team Leaders, an hour with each, then they give you a tour of the family. During the face to face interview, it’s similar to the phone Interview, they look at your resume, then ask you 3 behavioral based questions. The 3 I had for the face to face were really friendly, and very conversational so it made the experience very enjoyable. My only CON to their process is hearing from HR. I was told I would hear back either way in 2 weeks. It’s been 2 months and nothing. I know they put people on the bench, but I’m not sure if they let them know they’re on the bench. I thought I did really well in the interview, so I was hoping for an offer, or at least some closure.
