Two step interview process where the the first interview is a preliminary with some behavioral questions. The second step was a three hour interview with the manager and two other senior auditors with each asking three behavioral questions.

After I applied for the position, about 1 week and a half later, human resources contacted me via email to set up a phone interview and to pick from the dates available on the calendar. The phone interview went well and was asked 2 behavior questions. I felt the interview process was not hard since I had prepared and studied some past interview questions. I was told I will get a followup email letter within a week to see if I made it to next round. A week and a half passed and no email from Nestle Purina in sight, I reached out to their HR department via email, seconds later I got an email stating they had moved on with other candidates.
