The examination was okay, although there was no time limit the questions were very challenging. Before the result of the exam was given the recruitment officer called me and interviewed me for some questions.Thankfully I was contacted again that I passed the exam and would be proceeding to the interview phase with the team leads.It was fun talking with the team leads,the way they presented the overview of the tasks make me want to experience the new learning that the company has to offer.I felt they really are good leaders to learn from.
It took about 2 to 3 weeks before I reached the Job offer stage, they needed to contact my character references first and its also required to take the DISC assessment examination.From that, all the required information about my application was submitted to the team leader before giving the final decision. It was a good thing the recruitment officer always kept me updated on my application status. After the job offer, for a week I was under background check again. The hiring process may be a bit long but as a whole it was very organized and just.
