3 stages:
1. Interview with HR rep: they'll ask a little about yourself, interest in the company and role
2. Interview with a seasoned consultant: they'll provide some scenario questions, ask about your skills. VERY IMPORTANT that you state that you have an aptitude for learning, developing relationships (with team and clients), and give back/support others
3. Superday (8 rounds of interviews/activities)
