I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Netflix (Seoul) in Feb 2023
Interview
Phone Interview: This is a brief screening call with a recruiter or hiring manager to discuss your background and interest in the role.
"Round Robin" On-site/Virtual Interviews: This is the core of the process. You'll meet with multiple interviewers—from your potential manager to peers and cross-functional partners—in back-to-back sessions. They will ask a series of behavioral and skill-based questions to assess your experience and how you would fit into the team.
Final Interview: The last stage typically involves a conversation with a senior leader to make the final hiring decision.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Netflix (Los Gatos, CA) in Mar 2026
Interview
Very detailed with each interview, I had six total, focused on a specific area (leadership, partnership, culture fit, etc.). The culture memo is definitely lived, not just on paper. For leadership is was about how you handle low performers and how you work to build culture on your team.
Great interview with senior stakeholders asking questions about experience and sharing insights into the workplace culture and the job itself. Stakeholders highlight what experience they are looking for and what to expect in the first 90 days.
I applied online. I interviewed at Netflix (Singapore)
Interview
Several rounds starting with Recruiter with focus on company culture, then hiring manager round, HR round, then director and VP of the team. In total 6 rounds of interview, the hiring team will review together to identify the right candidate
