It was straightforward and easy. Smooth process overall - had to meet with several team members. Waited a few days and got a response quickly. Very nice interview, not hard either.

Applied for a manager position and was then presented with a coordinator position. The argument was "they wanted the best in the business". Not sure how a demotion in title assures that outcome. In any case, interviewers were polite, but realized the time was also just a fishing expedition to determine how to staff for the role.
