The interview started with a simple recruiter call. They made me aware of the open opportunities based on my resume. The recruiter worked directly with Netflix and really wanted to help with guiding me in honing my focus.

What is your primary area of interest: features, independent features?
Very chill and easy. It was a polite chat about the job and the culture at netflix, especially given that the DC office is a bit newer. Very much just a conversation generally rather than pointed interview!
Talked to the recruiter and then hiring manager within HR. Was then asked to submit script coverage. Then met with direct supervisor as well as another high up exec in the department. Overall experience took around one month.
