Recruiter responded to my online application and contascted me through Lionkedin and set up a phone interview. Phoned at work, went to a private space where I had the copany job specifics in frony of me, and talked to them. Interview lasted about 20 minutes. Recruitere said he enjoyed talking to me and get back to me soon for the next step. Waited a week, emailed and finally heard back that, "You don't quite fite our requirments".
