There were two screener video call interviews prior to in-person interviews: HR and the hiring mgr. On-site interviews included the COO, hiring mgr, and a colleague. Each was a one-on-one, not a group interview. This was a very positive experience. The environment was comfortable and the interviewers amiable. The questions were well-designed to understand the applicant's skills and how they would approach the work, not a pop quiz.
