Interview
I have attended the interview last month for the post of the software developer. The company is quite good with only 20-30 staff. The interview was of total 4-5 rounds. They conducted aptitude, program writing round, two technical round and the final was HR round.
I cleared all the rounds and was hoping to get the job, but in the last round, the interviewer asked questions related to the topics which aren't mentioned in my resume and I wasn't able to answer those questions and was rejected. Seems like they purposely did so.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Network Marvels (Thāne) in Nov 2025
Interview
It was based on basics of rdbms, dsa, html/css, python programming, past projects and experiences as well as coding on paper and explaining my thought process and around the topics mentioned above.

Question 1
they asked me about async await, where to put the await. Write a query to find max value in the given table, talk about the one time you had to push yourself to make a project, leetcode medium question on find Lowest Common Ancestor, html syntax for form and reversing a linked list.

Interview
The interview questions focused on SQL, data structures, basic operating system concepts, networking fundamentals, and web programming, covering both theoretical understanding and practical problem-solving skills across these essential core technical domains.
Interview lasted for 40-45 minutes which consisted questions mostly related to the Computer Science engineering syllabus. OOps, DSA, Computer networks were the major topics for the questions. There were total 3 rounds namely Aptitude, Coding and then interview
