Interview
I originally applied for a different position, but they emailed me and told me they would like to interview me for this position. After agreeing, they decided against doing so. I went in for the interview and after some time heard back that they were moving forward with other candidates but would now like me to interview again for this position. After going through ANOTHER interview, they told me to send my references and set up another interview. I never heard back after this. They were extremely unprofessional during the interview process, seemed to have no concern for me as a candidate.

Interview
The interview process was awful. I was contacted by phone to come in for an interview. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 11:30a interview. Unfortunately I sat in the lobby until 11:55a, I told myself If they did not come out by noon, I was leaving. While sitting there, I was not checked on, was not informed of how long it would take or when I could expect to be seen. Once I was taken back, we went to a very small office, I was asked a few questions and the interviewer even mentioned she was not prepared and apologized as she normally doesn't handle interviews. I asked questions regarding the position and company which unfortunately we left unanswered. Again, the interviewer mentioned she had been with the company for 14 years and it was too late for her to find a new job so "Oh well"... That was a Major red flag! The facility was dirty, people did not seem to know what was going on and it was an overall bad experience. That was the first time I walked out of an interview praying to not hear from them.
