after a few rudimentary questions about my qualifications and the job requirements we moved on to a less formal conversation that helped to establish our mutual goals and what we had in common philosophically. This helped us both in terms of understanding how one another might react in the inevitable event of unpredictable customer reactions. In a sense i was actually able to interview my prospective employer in regards to his integrity.
