New Era India interview questions

Four rounds, was easy, nothing challenging, basic HR questions like introduce yourself, why this role etc, three people who took the interview asked the same questions and itvwas easy to answer.

Explained about the company & introduced himself to me. interviewer analysed my over all work experience, checked interpersonal skills & my past assignments like team handling experience, hurdles i faced with team & how i over came those. Checked am i still hands on sourcing, Asked how to write a search string for various channels of sourcing.
