Pretty standard interview for a teaching position. Asked questions about classroom management, discipline, strengths and weaknesses, etc. Overall, it was a positive experience and I appreciate the swiftness in which things were done. HR was on point throughout the application/interview/onboarding process.

Interview consistent of a Panel style interview with principal and related department members. Usually takes about 30 minutes to an hour. They will refer you to HR for an offer and get back to you pretty quickly

Interview with school administrator followed by reference checks and an offer from HR. There was a week long wait between the interview and the offer. I was also given notice that my references were being checked so that I could reach out to those contacts as well.
