Interview process was standard. Phone screen with recruiter, video interview with CTO, final interview via video with CTO and CEO together. Everything went swimmingly until the final interview. It was clear there were unreasonable expectations of employees, including extensive overtime and work to life balance was non existent. Unfortunately after completing the full interview process I never heard from the recruiter again. I felt insulted and found the experience to be unprofessional.
