Overall, I have come to realize that this is a very low-quality, low-effort tactic for companies to conceal their shortcomings and weaknesses as leaders. I had to determine on my own that I was rejected because they have completely ghosted me.
If you're not naturally social to begin with, I'd recommend avoiding one-way video interviews. There's no benefit to it, and companies like this will just ghost you after. Literally anyone with good speaking skills can bluff up skills they don't have, so that was my initial thought.
