There was no timely feedback provided by the recruiter after the interview, and the candidate was not sufficiently prepped or updated prior to the session. In addition, the candidate has been difficult to follow up with regarding their status, which further affected the overall process.

Mainly technical questions and the way of interviewer's ask like a gangster
4 interviews: 1 initial interview (online) with HR to confirm your skills presented in the resume, 2 secondary interviews (face-to-face) with engineers first and managers for the second, and 1 final interview (online) with a senior manager. The interviews were less about the technical knowledge but more on the behavior and willingness of the applicant to work in the company.

The HR guy ask me the reason why I leave my previous company back to about 20years ago. Sounds very unfriendly and not professional. Once I finished the interview and got an offer, I emailed back about a counter offer, then they just don't reply anymore.
