I applied through other source. I interviewed at Next Level Practice (New York, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
Interview process is lengthy with a purpose. It will intentionally weed out those who are not serious or need a job immediately. The entire company of 16 employees interview each candidate via Skype on a schedule. (This is to see if you can follow a schedule and directions and the team get to know you one on one. The team as well as the mangers determine the best candidate for the position. ) You will read a book and type a report. (Determines your communication and comprehension ability). You will be asked to take a NEO test to discover your compatibility with the company. They really want to be sure you are a match. Hire slow is important for the best decision.
