I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nextern (Maple Grove, MN)
Interview
Interview process was easy. First I met with the Business Development gal who was previously in HR. Then I met with the Head of Accounting and the Controller and learned that the role reports to Finance. Then I had an on-site interview and met a variety of folks, including the CEO. My next interview was with the Unit Manager. And finally, I reconnected with the Head of Finance. The interview process was easy but it unveiled many red flags about the company culture. The company is a small, family run medical device company, and many of the family members were my interviewers. This, among many other examples, convinced me that working in HR at this company would be disasterous and I declined the offer to protect my own career & well-being.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me a lot about the processes, infrastructure, and strategy I managed in my current role.
One call then one in person. 3 45 minute interviews in person. Not intimidating. Not many conference rooms though. Very easy. Normal interview questions and like a conversation. I don't know what else to add

Interview
I received a request for an interview twice in the same day by the same person.(unorganized HR) went in to interview with four different people. Same night I received an offer letter but with somebody else’s name on it and then another offer letter with mine. But each individual is done differently I know somebody that was hired over the phone without an interview others were only interviewed by one person or two people all depends on what’s going on I guess.
