1. New company, so process and documentation still messing. 2. Not such a proactive working environment. 3. Not so good in quality management.

Pros

Lots of nepotism and values men.

Cons

This place is so toxic that their HR left. When HR leaves that's a sign that not only is it toxic the culture of the company is broken. Ask around before you work for this place. They don't value women, womens are paid at a low wage and then men are paid well with little to no experiences. There is a lack of vision and directions. They've gone thru 2 reductions and are having financial issues. They lie through their teeth and the leadership is so divided that there are no execution. Stay clear, unless you want to work with condescending leadership.

You can gain a wide variety of experience working on different types of medical device products. The management style is very hands off.

Cons

Projects can get slow, which can leave individual workers in limbo at times. Management doesn't always communicate project status clearly. There is a hands off management style which can be good and bad.
