I applied in-person. I interviewed at Niagara Bottling in Jan 2014
Interview
Every fast and quick. Kind of a joke. Like assembly line interviewing process. There was a mass interview going on that day. Probably 200 people were scheduled. Each getting maybe 2-5 minutes. Seems like they are interested in hiring people who do will exact what is told and no questions ask. I asked lots of questions but the interviewer hesitated. They got something to hide and not upfront?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Niagara Bottling

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Niagara Bottling (Mooresville, NC) in Jan 2022
Interview
Interview was easy. Simple questions. Finding out whether or not you have experience in warehouse environment. Do you work well with others? Are you comfortable with 12 hour shifts? Can you lift heavy items?
Straightforward experience where they speak about what they are looking for and what's in store for the worker. Pretty great experience in learning the company and of their opportunities that they provide
