I interviewed at Nidhi Infotech (Jaipur, Rajasthan)
Interview
The interview process included an initial resume screening followed by a technical round focused on core Java, OOP concepts, basic data structures, and REST API fundamentals. I was asked to explain one of my backend projects in depth, including system flow, database design, and scalability considerations. A short coding task tested my problem-solving skills. The final HR round evaluated communication, learning mindset, and cultural fit. Overall, the process was structured, moderately challenging, and completed within a few days.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nidhi Infotech (Jaipur, Rajasthan) in Jan 2025

Interview
Out of my 20 YRS of IT exp, I spent 14 YRS in ACCN. Have worked as Team Lead, Associate Manager and Manager there. I have ran few PIPs incl some close friends (but couldn't save them). So I'll try to help you choose the best option for your query.
There's no escaping once you're chosen for PIP. 99% you'll fail the tasks and will be asked to resign. You'll be given 3 months severance pay and sent out. Nothing negative in the records. All clean. In very rare cases, if you're critical resource, current project will fight and project MD has to intervene with HR to clear your PIP. Hardly 1% chance for that.
