All customer service focused. Was just a one on one chat with the theatre manager, only one round and found out I got the job on the day. Asked me about any previous customer service experience and why theatre.
Very informal. Just had a chat with the assistant theatre manager where she asked me a few questions and got to know me. Found out that I got the job during the interview
